Hey this is super late and probably past your needs but check out Lightzero - DC powered lighting company that uses DMX at its core for lighting. also very high efficiency versus AC powered lighting. Uses Category cable to provide power and control, PWM DMX over Cat6- also makes a 0-10V input "box" that you can program the DMX channels to- maybe that would work?
