Does a headset transmitter exist?

I am looking for a professional grade headset that also transmits. I am basically looking for a professional yoga trainer microphone.

Basic needs;
-can't have any cables
-No body pack
-Must be tuneable

"The NEW Breeze" Waterproof Combo Headset Wireless Microphone System by Supreme Audio. Never tried this, but it is supposed to be waterproof too.

Warning: this operates in the 900mhz band. See other posts on here as to why that can be a bad thing

Samson Tech has a few integrated headset/earpiece options, though I don't believe they are tunable.

JK Audio and ARX have bluetooth interfaces, allowing one to use a bluetooth earpiece/headset if the distance is under 30 feet.

The Samson Tech one that I've seen was not tunable. The person using it was a magician though and he never had a problem with it. Very cool little devices.

The performer is currently using the Samson airline 77 but it runs in the 800mhz frequency and in the core of Boston we are having serious interference issues.
