Lori Rubinstein is the Executive Director of the Behind the Scenes Foundation and was the Executive Director of the Entertainment Services and Technology Association (ESTA) for almost 30 years until her retirement in 2018. In this episode we discuss the services that the foundation provide to entertainment technology technicians (including riggers) who might find themselves in need of assistance when facing challenging times.
