ETC Arch Button Station Indicator Light

Recently had a new install of Paradigm Architectural controls in a space, with a few button stations. I am trying to figure out how to change the individual colors of the indicator buttons on the panel itself. I have tried holding down the MODE button after lifting the faceplate following the manual, however it does not register. Instead the Red indicator light beneath the MODE button illuminates the entire time I hold it, and extinguishes when released.

Is anyone able to help? Thank you!

There is maybe some confusion here. ETC Echo button stations can change colors of the buttons through the use of the mode button. The color of the button on a ETC Paradigm button station is controlled by the configuration loaded into the processor. The stations look similar.
