ETC board with Strand Dimmers

Is there any reason I can't put an ETC Smart Fade ML in a space with a relatively new rack of strand dimmers? It's a network system...

If you got a DMX input to the system through either a direct run or a node you'll be all set. The smartfade does not have any ethernet so your SOL there.
