ETC Element 40 Software + Fixture library update

Hello all! I am in quite the frustrating bind here. I have been trying to get the most recent updated for the ETC element on to my console but my issue is I cannot find it anywhere on their website. i have downloaded the manuals too many times and I cannot tell what is what I actually need. Could someone guide me though?

On a side not I am also very frustrated since I accidentally deleted all of my show files in the process of trying to make this update. I would greatly appreciate whatever help i get in the matter.

Scratch that, my console is not reading the update through my flash drive. This is an issue I have ran into before

Try another flash drive.

Originally It was just a normal mac formatted drive. I just changed the format to EXFAT and it still isn't reading it

ETC boards run on Windows, hence FAT32 for compatibility.
