No you cannot. Why would you need one?

Can't you control access to the Element physically? To answer your question directly - I don't see anything in the manual. Why don't you ask on the ETC forum off of their webpage.

The Element does have a computer (and a hard drive) - it actually is Windows based underneath the ETC programming shell. If there is enough demand, it shouldn't be too hard for ETC to add that capability.
