ETC Inspire - Help

The manual is available here on ETC's website. If you're familiar with programming an Express/Expression style console, you won't be completely lost. Some things are arranged bit differently, of course, and it's fairly limited: 100 channels, 200 cues. There were a lot of different output options at the time, so it's hard to know what you'll have available for that.
One thing that may be important for you to know is that the floppy drive is Double Density (720k formatted). If you use the more common 1.44M, High Density disk, you may have problems reading from or writing to disk reliably. If you want a backup you can count on, then you'll have to scrounge up some proper DD disks... good luck with that.
