ETC ION Cue 0 Not working properly

When I goto cue 0, my house lights are going to full instead of 0. Same thing happens when I goto cue out. All faders are down and nothing is parked.
This never happened before. Please help!

Hi, welcome. If you select the houselights channel(s) and hit About, what does it tell you? That will tell you where it's getting the levels from - maybe a home setting or a home preset has been changed.

I'd put money on a submaster being up, myself.

Quite possibly, but it may not be mapped to a physical fader. About will spill the beans if it is.

Thank you! It ended up being a submaster that someone removed from my fader wing without telling me.
