ETC Ion cues recorded but not working

Hey there,
I have a student that is recording cues for a show but after she saves, the cues appear in the cue list but when she gets to the cue nothing happens. She has re recorded them twice but the same group of cues keep having the problem. Any thoughts?

Are any of your channels showing a response in the live table? or is just nothing coming out at the actual fixture. Most common mistake for me is somehow having a group of lights still selected and they don't respond

Also make sure she didn't accidentally park the fixtures.. Should show a p on your live table.

Do the lights come on as she actually sets up her cue?

Does she have the cue list loaded tot he master fader pair? [Cue][x][Load] with the load button above the master pair.

The cue list time indicators suggests there are no move instructions in cues 28 through 28.3.

They're loaded on the master fader pair (visible at the bottom of the screen)

How are you trying to "get into them"? It looks like you're selecting the cue (or clicking on it). This is separate for loading the cue (cue x <enter> <Load> <Go>) or going into the cue (goto q X)

Yep. I should have looked at the picture before posting.

It looks like you're selecting the cue (or clicking on it).

Certainly looks that way from the command line, which has multiple cues in it.
