ETC ion xe issue

I am having an issue with my ION xe where intermittently when you roll up the level on some lights when it gets to 80% the lights shut off. This is happening on the wheel and on the fader wing.
Anyone run into a similar issue?

You are far more likely to get a fix if you call ETC tech. support, 1 800 688 4116. They are the best on the planet. It will help if you are at the console when you call.

Dimmer or a moving light. I have seen some fixtures with a combined Intensity/Shutter channel that do weird things at the top end of the dimmer curve.
BTW, I second calling ETC.

Do the channel tiles still say 80% when this happens or do they show 0? What if you set them to 80% via the command line (x at 80 enter)? Any difference?

All intensities go to 0 when it reaches 80%.

Sounds like maybe someone edited profiles.
