ETC SmartBar Power

Hey all
Looking at installing a couple ETC Smartbars and I'm struggling at what to tell the Electrician what power I need.
The specific model I'm looking at is ETC 6 Circuit White SmartBar 2 (3 Phase Cable in, Dual Edison Out) (B&H Link)

It states a 4 Wire + Ground L21-20 which I'm totally familiar with, but I can't seem to explain it any different to the electrician than 3Phase 60A. Am I stating the power requirement wrong?

I would specify it as 3 Phase 20 Amp. The connector used should tell the electrician what wire he/she needs.

The description of the connector makes a nice spec: 20A 3ØY 120/208VAC 4-Pole/5-Wire

I like to include the voltage rather than trusting the guy on the job to make the right assumptions. Stating the amperage and 3 phase universally means that amperage on all 3 phases, rather than the sum of those phases. But then again confusion is common!
