We have several of these units and they are pretty robust. However one just lost its ear loop (hook). Here's the kicker; We cannot get a replacement part. As a small theatre $500 to get a replacement headset is a lot of $$$. Does anyone have one of these that is broken and willing to sell just an ear loop?
