Faux Chocolate Milk and Glue

We are producing a show that calls for an actor to chug a quart of chocolate milk onstage, while a portion of it spills onto her and the floor. Our biggest issue is that she is lactose intolerant. We have discussed using chocolate soy milk and possibly diluting it to help it go down more easily. I am concerned about the watery soy milk not looking as opaque as real milk. Any other ideas for a liquid that can be gulped down while still looking like milk?

Also, we have to spill a jar of glue onto a desk. I'm leaning towards cornstarch and water, unless there is a better suggestion.

Thanks!
