    For immediate release.

ESC has just contracted to provide a new sound system for the National Geographic Museum in Washington, DC.

ESC President Bill Cronheim states, "We've been working with National Geographic for over 6 months on the design and have determined that a KV2 ES series system will achieve all of the desired goals for the museum."

"KV2 truely represents state of the art in the arena of sound reinforcement." Cronheim was quoted as saying. "Rarely has technology and pure ability melded together better than the ES series by KV2."

ESC expects the new system to be operational by early spring.

Congratulations! Best of luck with the installation - I hope you don't run into too many unexpected surprises along the way...

The system is comprised of two Epak 2500's
    [IMG]
    # Four-Way modular, 2500-Watt Control and Amplification System for use specifically with ES 1.0 Mid / High and Bass active-driven Modules
    # High Frequency, 100-watt, Class AB – push pull – low intermodulation design
    # Mid Frequency, 200-watt, Class AB – push pull – low intermodulation design
    # Mid Bass, 600-watt, high-efficiency, current-enhancing switch mode technology with Linear Active Filter
    # Bass, 1600-watt, high-efficiency, current-enhancing switch mode technology with Linear Active Filter
    # Complete, on-board speaker system management including equalization, time correction, crossover filters, amplifier overdrive protection, system set-up and output level controls
    # AC soft start circuitry with ON/OFF AC breaker switch provides thorough power protection
    # Passive heat dissipation design with demand-sensitive forced cooling back-up system
    # Setup provides selection and control of six different bass module setups
Individual system and bass module output level controls
    # Unique ability to select between two types of bass “character”–ATTACK and EXTENSION
    # Professional enclosure using exterior-grade Baltic birch construction with wear resistant polymer coating
    # Proprietary corner handle design for simplified handling and carrying
Acetal copolymer high impact, low friction feet for easy cabinet movement
    # Removable front cover holds all AC and speaker cables
Included: One 13ft (4m) long speaker cable with AP4 connectors included for main bass module hook up (4-conductor, 13 gauge [2.5mm2] wire,)
    # Included: One 20ft (6m) long speaker cable with AP6 connectors included for mid / high module hook up (6 conductor, 13 gauge [2.5mm2] wire)
    # Included: Two 5ft (1.5m) long speaker cables with AP4 connectors included for bass module daisy chaining (4 conductor, 13 gauge [2.5mm2] wire)
    # Included: One 20ft (6m) long AC3 conductor cable
    with market/model dependant connectors.
    Two EX 1.0

    * High-output, compact, lightweight Mid/High Module.
    * 131 dB sustained output.
    * Wide dispersion, rotatable, integrated Mid/High horn design provides optimized transducer loading and controlled dispersion.
    * New Patent-Pending 1.75” (44mm) diaphragm titanium compression driver with complex geometry phase plug for higher output and lower distortion performance and neodymium.
    * Six-inch midrange driver with 1.75” (44mm) neodymium magnetic motor structure for increased control and output and decreased distortion and weight.
    * Proprietary midrange heat dissipation system controls voice coil temperature, ensures high dynamics and extends transducer lifespan.
    * Horn-loaded, twelve-inch mid-bass driver with 3.00” (76mm) voice coil assembly and neodymium magnetic motor structure.
    * Professional, exterior-grade Baltic birch construction with wear-resistant polymer coating.
    * Proprietary corner and side handle designs for simplified handling and carrying.
    * Acetal copolymer high impact, low friction feet are asymmetrically located on three sides allowing vertical or horizontal system set up, lock-in and easy cabinet movement.
    * Four internal corner braces tied to eight M10 suspension points. A total of 24 suspension points are available for custom installation applications.
    And two ES 2.5
