Fixture Profiles for Hog/GrandMA/ ETC

Hey Everyone. I am new to the forum. I am in desperate need for someone to write profiles for me for Hog / GrandMA and ETC boards. I did some work with Carrollon but the information is not flowing to the board manufactures and not getting the profiles our to my clients. I am willing to pay someone to do this for me. Any recommendations?

For ETC Fixture Profiles, if you want ETC to make the profiles you will need to create an account on their Community Forums site: https://community.etcconnect.com/

After creating the account you can request fixture profiles in each of the console categories:
EOS: https://community.etcconnect.com/control_consoles/f/eos-family
Cobalt: https://community.etcconnect.com/control_consoles/f/cobalt-family
ColorSource Console: https://community.etcconnect.com/control_consoles/f/colorsource-console-forum

Create a thread for the fixture profiles you need created providing the following information:
Date needed by(try to give at least 2 weeks notice)
Manual(s)

If you have gotten the info to Carallon, you have helped out MA Lighting and ETC/High End by doing some of the work for them. If you give the information to the board manufacturers, they will send it to Carallon, if they don't tell you to contact Carallon directly, to be written into the fixture libraries. The information most likely is flowing to the board manufacturers. The reason it may not seem like it is getting passed on is because no one is going to push a new library every time someone submits something new. Carallon may wait until they have enough new profiles to make it worth updating the library. After that, they will send it to the manufacturers, who may sit on it for a while. They can't be trying to push out a new library each day or week. They may do it once or twice a year or wait for a software update that may or may not be in process. If your timing of sending information happens to be at just the right time, the process could take as little as a month until you see it in your console. More often though, it will be 6-12 months.
