Focusing lights on a cyc in Vectorworks

I'm having trouble focusing lights on a cyc in Vectorworks, the beams just project down or halfway through, or behind it, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them to focus on the cyc though. Am I missing something here, or am I just asking too much from vectorworks.

If it matters, I have 12.5 and 2008, trying it in 2008 now, haven't tried it in 12.5.

Edit: Fixed Problem - Redrafted project in a new document and focusing worked perfectly.
