FREE ETC Obsession 1 consoles

It's a long story, but we've ended up with around ten ETC Obsession 1 consoles. 5 big ones and 5 of the smaller ones, all in road cases. We may still have some of the Obs 1 processors/computers. We're willing to give these consoles away to someone that could make use of them, perhaps a school or venue that could use it for backup or spare parts. Whatever. The point is we would prefer someone get some use from them, as opposed to taking them to the metal recycler.

There are only two caveats - you pay freight and no warranty. Otherwise they are free for the taking. If we haven't given them all away in two weeks, we'll take them to the recycler, so act now if you want one. Email [email protected] if you want one of these consoles.

And come see us at LDI booth #257.

Thanks,
Robert Mokry

For anyone wondering these desks are beyond rock solid in my experience trying to crash one in college. Only was able to crash it running beta Obsn 2 software with moving light functionality that it wasn't supposed to have on the definitely-non-existent moving light designers' remote. If you have a dimmers-only space (or are willing to run your LEDs as desk channels), nothing beats it. 2 universes out, if I recall, patchable to 750 control channels.

whose Congo Jr just died, and we have no money to replace it.
Don't you think one's money would be better spent repairing the Congo Jr. than paying shipping for a twenty year-old ObsI from Austin TX USA to the UK?

We would love one if they are still around, small non-profit theater in bellingham, washington.
