@BillESC How much does it weigh when it comes time to ship?
Surgex make GREAT gear but I suspect your letter carrier won't want to deal with it.
The Middle Atlantic Products UPS under my desk weighs in at 95 lbs. I can't recall if that's packed or sans box.

I can weigh it tomorrow but it's not 95#. Having carried it down a flight of stairs from the church I'd estimate 65# or so.

No maintenance has been performed that I'm aware of.
