From a community theater that recently upgraded (to an M7CL-48).
The control surface was dismantled and cleaned. The DATA encoder was replaced. (A spare DATA encoder and standard encoder are included with the console.) The battery was replaced.
After re-assembly, the console was factory reset and was upgraded to the latest firmware. The console was again factory reset, and the faders were calibrated (all passed). The console was then fully tested (including insuring that both the + and - legs of all inputs and outputs are functional, as well as Phantom power on all channels.)
Two of the card slot cover screws are missing (they were lost when a card was installed - no cards are included).
The cosmetic condition is what I would call very good -. It has the little marks that commonly occur with use, but it has no major scratches and no dents.
The power cable, manuals, and dust cover (just washed!) are included. NO CASE. The console will ship in its original box inner box and packing, with an outer cardboard wrap.
