Furman Ps-Pro Not Working?

Hi all,

I received a call from the high school I work with today saying that their audio rack is no longer receiving power from their Furman PS-PRO Sequencer. From the phone call, I was told that the Furman still has the LED Status lights illuminated, but pressing the Sequence Start button does nothing.

I'm in New York on an Off-broadway gig so I can't stop in to take a look, so I'm going off of just what I've been told. I'll be video-chatting with them tomorrow so I can somewhat get a visual.

I'm still doing research tonight, but I figured if I could get some insight from anywhere, it would be here.

Tell them to call Boomer or Todd. If there actually is something wrong, thats probably an easy service call.
