Gilco PA Speakers-Anybody used them or know the name?

I recently found a pair of Gilco Model 3 Speakers, they have a horn, and a 12 and a 15 woofer. Has anyone seen these or had experience with them? The stick in the picture is a yard-stick

I would guess that they are early 1980's vintage. I know Yamaha was making speakers with white woofers then and separate low/highs cabs were typical of larger boxes of that era, as were the Motorola piezo tweeters. The other thing that screams 80's is horn loading the woofers with curved flares. I can't say that I ever heard of Gilco, but there were a lot of small companies making speakers at that time. Now all you need is a vintage Peavey CS-400 power amp to match.

I agree, get some vintage Peavey amps and go to town with a retro rig.
A 70's cover band might be really into it.
