I could probably ask around and find out for sure, but why do you want to know? What are you looking to do with that information?
Off the top of my head, I might guess G635, "Construction A"? That and its friend G636 are used all the time, and at least the first photo looks pretty similar to it, but that's really just a wild guess. Plus I know that the Public has a metric crap-ton of G635s in their inventory. But for all we know it could be a custom gobo, so who knows.
