Half-coupler clamp sizes

We have a bunch of aluminium half-coupler (cheeseborough) clamps that fit perfectly on our 38mm OD pipe.

I need to order some more.

When I look online I can't find 38mm, just 32-35mm and 50mm.

Are the ones I am using likely to be the 32-35, or do I have to hunt around for real 38mm?

Nope.

Not even close to fitting onto 38mm.

32-35 will fit nothing bigger than a speaker pole/stand.

I would try some 1.5 inch couplers. 38mm is about 4 thousandths shy of 1.5" and I would expect that is why you are not finding them listed as 38mm.

I'm in Australia.

There are lots of 1.25 and 2 inch clamps in cartons at good prices. 1.5, not so much. Just singles, for about 4x the price.

Or in the UK but wanting about GBP100 freight. With Brexit, there is zero chance of me ordering from the UK until it's all sorted out.

I misunderstood the problem then, I thought it was finding them for sale at all.

I wanted to get another 20. For the people who wanted to sell them for $40 each, they might as well have had none. I'm not paying that much for a clamp.

1-1/4 to 1-3/8ths were so much cheaper, and nearly nobody seemed to carry 1-1/2. I wondered if the smaller ones would fit. They didn't. Now hopefully the next person will find the answer via Google.
