Hello!

The system is forcing me to make an initial post, though being a devoted techie I feel much more at home lurking in the dark

I am a sound and set person with a love/hate relationship with lighting, mostly stemming (I assume) from the fact that I am usually working with cobbled together systems on the heels of a ton of set construction.

Anyway, I'm in Galena Illinois, tucked nicely in the corner of the state opposite Chicago, and have been a fan of this site for several years now.

What? You've been around here a couple years and never said hello? Well it's about time. While it's true we all feel more at home lurking in the dark, you'll find it's even better to be posting on CB WHILE you are lurking in the dark. In fact there are quite a few CB members who post here during a show.... but I wouldn't advise it. So jump in and join the discussion!
