I would start with something like this.
It looks to be documenting the who is who of your production. And making sure the various individuals know their responsibility's. But I am no expert, certainly not regarding UK needs.
Who has requested the safety plan?
Much of this looks like what I provide the fire marshal when I apply for a flame permit.

It's for some coursework and no one understand it we been told to follow the abtt guide
