How in the world do I address this light?

I've also dealt with rather generic lights before. The 10th DIP switch is labeled "function" on ours. When you flip that, it enters a stand-alone mode where all the other switches then control what the light does.

You'll notice how in order to address any of the 512 channels in the DMX protocol, you only need 9 switches. Leave the 10th one in the OFF position, then use the other nine to set it in the typical binary method.
 
If, as noted above, 1-10 is backwards, *and* on-off is backwards, PROTIP: The Chinese mfr *installed the DIP switch package reversed*. :)

Likely the same with the RBG thing...
