How to setup Enttech DMX Pro Mk2 on Mac

Can’t wait (i.e., impatient) for tech support to open tomorrow — hoping you guys might be helpful.

Just got an Enttech DMX Pro Mk2 (USB) for my MacBook Air (2011).

Problem is it continues to blink white, which apparently means idle and ready, and I am not able to get any Qlab commands to be recognized by lights I’m playing with.

I’m trying to update its firmware, but the Enttech website is very broken — its own internal links result in a “page not found” error.

I did manage to find and download PRO-Manager, but it gives an error when it runs and says to restart it, to no avail.

But my Mac does recognize it for what it is. It shows up in my system profile information and it appears in QLab. But I am unable to make my lights (testing using a few Chauvet SlimPAR 38) do anything. The lights are set to 7 channel mode and one is set to d1 and the other d8 on the hardware. Nothing seems to push commands through and the Enttech continues to always blink white, not the color expected for DMX1.

Any help??? Thank you!
