I've been "lurking" on your site for a while, but, in order to get rid of that message that says I need to post, I'm finally getting around to posting! I'm in a 4 piece cover band and do some local theater, so I'm just visiting and trying to learn some tricks/get some tips from you guys and gals that know what you're doing w/lighting. I'm an LED person--I know they're toys for real stage use, but, for the tiny places my band plays, the low power needs and little heat that LEDs emit make them awesome for us.

Welcome to the Booth Tommy! Yes the current stock of LED's are excellent for small clubs. Lots of color and very affordable. Don't be shy, post your questions. There are lots of people around here who either currently or used to work in similar situations to what you are doing now.
