Humbucker is a model of ADC brand, but as with many items in the industry, is applied to similar generic gear. Available for use with composite, RGB, and RGBHV video signals. 2. Also a type of electric guitar pickup used in some Gibson, Rickenbacker and Fender guitars. Contains dual coils (as opposed to a single coil) which are mounted and wound in a way that greatly reduces interference from other nearby EMI sources using a technique called Common-Mode Rejection.
