iLED Par 64 power question

We inhereted 20 iLED Par 64 lights. I don't have high expectations for these things but do have a question for them. The manual (manual link) states the inrush consumption of 20w. Would this be per color (so 60w for all) or for the whole light?

@RHINESEL I concur with @wakkoroti ; One power cable, one maximum power rating.
