Introduction

Hello All~

I am T.D. at a performing arts center (850 seats). We hold close to 200 events each year (with more added all the time) and are part of a public school system. We have a professional series of events/concerts in addition to the numerous school functions. I have been involved in theatre since my freshman year of high school (16 years ago). The Stage Crew here at CPAC is made up completely of high school students which can be rewarding and challenging at the same time!

Your method of deligating surely has been tried by fire. How in the world do you keep track of this constant stream of events?
