Ion effects

Got a call from a friend with a new Ion. They're having trouble getting to the effects page. The manual says to press [effect] [effect] but when they do that they get a syntax error or something.

I was going to stop by later today and try to help. We have an Eos at work (hence why they called me), but I've never had that problem on the Eos.

Thoughts?

OK so.....

Apparently it was the Scroll Lock button. If Scroll isn't locked, the board doesn't like [Effect] [Effect].

There ya go....
