IP 66 or 67 Right Arm/Auto Yoke/Moving Head-Head

I saw a moving head fountain, that moved like a moving head in all three axes. I got curios and started thinking. Are there any IP67 or IP66 rated Right Arm/Auto Yoke/Moving Head without a head?
Or do the fountain firms custom make them?

Or do they just immerse parts of a right arm in epoxy and hope it works?

I don't know much about the fountain displays, but I would assume that they manufacture their own units. I can't imagine that it would be better for them to adapt something like the Right Arm.

It's definitely a custom manufacturing endeavor, there is no way a RightArm or anything else dunked in epoxy would work as well or as reliably as something designed for the expressed purpose of working underwater. The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas has 100+ such units in their massive front entrance display, all of custom manufacture, they call them "Oarsmen."
