I'm after some information regarding trimming dimmers. Is it possible to trim Jands WMX wallpack dimmers? We've got some lamps that glow dull when off and we just found a few that the curves are drastically different on. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
There's no mention of trimming in the manual but it may be something that a service technician can access. Have you tried contacting Jands service department?
Perhaps the source of your issue is the console. Some have a preheat function and/or configurable dimming curves.
