Lighting in the Arena Configuration

So, I got a question. What are some tips with lighting in an arena style? Our new blackbox theatre is opening in a few days and it'll be opening with an arena styled piece. Just a few monologues and a scene or two. Sorta random but not the point...

I just was wondering because I haven't ever done something like that before, there's always been a space where the audience ISNT to do stuff with backlights..etc.

Any tips?

Well remember, one audience members frontlight is anothers backlight backlight. Make all cut to the knees of the audience.

Yes make it very "cute" to the knees of the audeince.

I think he means Cuts...

You don't need to make it be the exact same show to everyone in the audeince, so you can make your side/front/back whatever different colors.

Don't you have a mic to fix?
