If they don't need to dim and you don't care about CRI then the cheapest stuff out there is going to be in the architectural market.

Be sure to test whatever fixture you decide on WITH VIDEO before committing. Especially if you are going the budget route. Many cheaper LED fixtures will have a noticeable flicker that your eyes may not notice, but the camera will.
