mac 350 noise

I have inherited a couple of Mac 350 entour fixtures. One of them makes a loud high pitched whine when dimmed. Does anybody have any experience with this issue?

Got a video. It could be a few things.

ballast and or lamp is the first thing that comes to mind.

It is an LED Moving Head Profile that dims electronically. It does not possess a ballast or a lamp for that matter.

You are correct read it but didn't at the same time. Swap the word ballast out for transformer and you kinda got the same thing.

A video would still be helpful.
