Magic Q Head Assignment, ThinTri 38

Been out of the trade for half a decade...

Does anyone know the best head assignment for a ThinTri 38 (Venue, by Proline)? It has a 3 and 8 channel mode. Manual channel assignments attached.

I've been getting stuck and have the PC version of MagicQ.

I'm stuck on choosing an assignment for my LED light. The brand is not listed on Magic Q. And the Generic options don't quite seem to line up. I can assign 3 or 7 channels but they don't quite match up to the light and there is no 8 channel option available.

You could use a generic RGB led and then assign a virtual dimmer to it.

What if you set it for seven channels then run them each up slowly and note your results?
You may find one, or more, channels change the functions of other channels.
Think POSITIVE.
Test NEGATIVE.

Unless you need the functionality that 8-channel mode gives you (such as S2L control, or strobing?) I'd opt for 3 channel RGB. MagicQ will give you a virtual dimmer and take care of colour mixing
