Have a look arround other parts of the forums for speicifc posts on different colleges. I am still in HS too (although I am in AP Calc BC) My biggest piece of advice would be to take and understand as many maths and sciences as you can get your hands on. You are fast approaching the point where all science and math classes morph into this one big thing called "Science" (we have reached that point in AP Chem, and are quite close in Calc).
I personally dont know any specific links, but again a quick use of the search feature on this forum should point you in the right direction (i am fairly sure stuff like this has been talked about before).
