MDG Hazer going to sleep

I have MDG hazers on a sub. Their power is parked on but it says on the park page "fixture sleeping". And the haze doesn't come up when I bring the fader up and it sometimes comes on when the fader is down. Does anyone know how to fix it?

You're going to need to include more information. What are you controlling it with?

Also, it sounds like the hazer is being run off a dimmer at full. That is very bad for the hazers and I'd advise you to run clean power to them.

If you're using an ION, then I know in the past I think I recorded the hazer's individual attributes at full as presets and then copied that to a sub, made it Exclusive and HTP. Although I can't quite remember correctly.

Some hazer go to self clean and shut down when at full. Check the manual.
I had one I had to set at 80%.
