The trademarked™ name (often used generically) for a borderlight using 12V MR-16 lamps, wiring, series, available in various lengths and number of circuits, by L&E (Lighting & Electronics, Inc.) of Wappingers Falls, NY. Ending in September, 2012; see http://www.controlbooth.com/forums/n...lls-quits.html and http://www.controlbooth.com/forums/news/30959-l-e-alive.html .

The luminaire was inspired by one created to light the many backdrops in tight spaces for the first touring productions of La Cage Aux Folles.
See also the thread Vegas Strips; Broken Mini-Strip sections. Colorframe size: 4 11/16" x 3 5/16".
An even smaller version is available, the Nano-Strip™, using MR-11 lamps. (I so want an even smaller MR lamp, so there can be a Nano-Nano strip.)
