Alright, a change from the usual "what moving head should I use for my theatrical production"
Instead, I am on the hunt for a moving head with these specs:
-Is Profile (i.e., not wash or beam) with gobos
-Has Sound activated auto-run mode.
-Ideally, can link to other of the same fixtures to coordinate the auto-run between units.
This probably puts us into the class of DJ-style lights. Something that could go into a low-end club environment, have no lighting console or operator present, and move when there is music, but not move (that much) when there is a pause in the music.
