National Covid Memorial

The Presidential Inaugural Committee presented a memorial for the 400,000 (as of today) people who have died from Covid-19. It included a beautiful lighting display around the reflecting pool of the Lincoln Memorial. Here's the Youtube video.

The lights are turned on at about the 9:30 mark. The most striking video is in the final minutes. A display on that scale took a huge effort to build and set up. Applause to those involved.

There was also a national campaign to light buildings yesterday evening. We did the old train station in Detroit.
