Control/Dimming Need some CD-80 non-dims

Does anyone know where I can get some CD-80 packs? They can be either single or double sided. Single preferred. I can arrange payment through the death labyrinth of university accounting.

I have two Johnson Systems 2-circuit modules for CD80 SV series only. PM me if you can use the SV version. Extra charge for weaving thru the labyrinth rather than eBay.
