Opti RGB LED Fixture DMX malfunction

I recently purchased a Opti RGB LED Fixture that has run across a problem.

Looking for tips on how to remove a 3-pin XLR cable that has become lodged in the DMX OUT port of the fixture. The release pin that releases the XLR cable from the fixture came out! OH NO! :) So now I have no way of releasing the cable. Any suggestions would be very welcome! Thank you for your help!

Sincerely,

Rob

It is using a Male neutrik on the cable?

If so then you need to unscrew the cover slide it back and then pull back on the cable to slide the pins out of the female in the light. Now you will just have the outside of connector attached. You can then make a small tool to push back the latch to allow you to remove the connector.

They you are going to have to replace the female connector on the light.
