OS X El Capitan ftdi driver problem

I have been using the ENTTEC DMX-USB Pro with Chamsys MagicQ on OS X Yosemite very successfully. Recently my HDD in the mac died, and the replacement HDD came with El Capitan. Now the problem I am facing is that Chamsys will no longer talk to the ENTTEC DMX-USB device, and I cannot disable the tdi drivers (which I used to do with Yosemite and run my shows).

The Pro Manager connects to the device and I can switch the lanterns on and off, but Chamsys refuses to work.

Please let me know if there is a way to work this out.

It's been a long time since I've used Mac as my primary machine, could you make an automator script to run the command for you so you don't have to run it every time on startup?

You'll like need to change the following setting in MagicQ now on OSX systems only to use FTDI devices such as the Enttec Pro.
Go to: Setup > View Settings > Ports > MagicQ Wings and Interfaces : change to 'VCP+FTDI Auto DMX'.

If this doesn't sort it let me know.
