Control/Dimming Pathport (Quatro) DMX hold on loss of DMX signal

Good afternoon all.
I have a Pathport Quatro in my local venue and we would like to set one port to hold the DMX state when DMX is lost. This is because we have wall LED strips and when we shutdown the console the default for the strips is to goto 50% open white and stay on. I have downloaded the pathways software and found a spot to change a setting just for the one port but I want to confirm with others if this is the correct place to do what I want.

So If I change the tickbox to hold forever and untick the fade to black and port shutdown will this do the trick?

You just have to check Hold Forever. The other properties are not relevant if you Hold Forever.

Thanks Rob. I have only just started using the pathway products in a couple of venues I work but they seem to be an easy thing to use and configure at the basic level.
