1. Costumes. Tissue paper cut-out of each fabric panel necessary to construct a garment. May be either purchased or made in-house by a pattern-maker.

2. Scenery. A prototype or master of an object from which many may be reproduced. Often made of Masonite or 1/4" plywood.

3. Lighting. Synonym for gobo, template.

4. Design. A repeating motif or signature.
