    (Not a device for removing wrinkles from your bacon.) A term applied to the counterweights (pig weight) used in a counterweight fly system. Actually a type of metal, or a step in the process of turning iron into steel. So named because as the molten iron is poured from the crucible into ingots, they resemble piglets suckling at their mother.
